Perineal protection methods: knowledge and use

ABSTRACT Objective: To analyse the knowledge and use of perineal protection methods during expulsive stage by health professionals involved in childbirth whether they correspond to World Health Organization’s recommendations. Method: This was a cross-sectional descriptive study aimed at workers births Spain.
